  • We are registered with most private health insurance companies.

    Fees for self-funding sessions range between £150-£180.

  • The content of your sessions is kept strictly confidential. There are legal and ethical limitations of this confidentiality which are further explained in the Privacy Policy.

  • In the first session your therapist will normally ask you a few questions about what has brought you to therapy and some questions to understand your current situation. Your therapist may then discuss with you the types of treatment they would recommend and consider how many sessions may be appropriate to continue this work.

  • Research shows that online therapy is just as effective as in-person sessions. More and more people are opting for online therapy as a convenient and effective alternative to in-person appointments.
